In 2021, Brookfield – one of the largest private equity investment firms in the world and leading real estate investors – secured a 51% stake in some of our marquee assets including Worldmark 1, 2 and 3 in Aerocity New Delhi, Worldmark Gurugram, Airtel Centre Gurugram and Pavilion Mall in Ludhiana.
