Pavilion, also known as the heart of Ludhiana, is the most preferred retail and leisure destination in the commercial capital of Punjab. With a Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of 400,000 sq. ft. and many national, international as well as local brands under its roof, it is the one-stop destination for shopaholics, fashion lovers, foodies and entertainment seekers.
Pavilion has Ludhiana’s first 7-screen multiplex – PVR; brands like Shoppers Stop, Marks & Spencer, Only, Smaaash; the office of SBI Credit Cards; a sprawling 450-seat food court and fine dining restaurants; Ludhiana’s largest kids’ play area, a night club, and round-the-year activities and events.
Pavilion is the first mall in India to be conferred with LEED Gold pre-certification for ensuring environment-friendly operations. For the convenience of customers, two level stack parking has been set up to accommodate maximum number of cars.
The design and construction of the project took place between 2010 and 2015.
