Qualification: bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field from a reputed institute.
Location: Aerocity, New Delhi
Experience: 14+ years of relevant experience in design management for commercial projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement design strategies aligned with project goals, ensuring creativity, functionality, and compliance with regulations.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to integrate design concepts seamlessly with project requirements.
- Design Review and Approval: Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of design drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Team Leadership and Management: Manage a team of designers, drafters, and engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Budget and Resource Management: Monitor design budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure projects are delivered within scope and timeline.
- Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure design deliverables meet quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to introduce innovative solutions.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive design documentation and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
