Experience: 12-18 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the asset portfolio, ensuring efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.
- Vendor Management: Engage with vendors for facility management, housekeeping, and maintenance services, ensuring optimal performance.
- Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Prepare and monitor budgets for asset operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Tenant Coordination: Act as a liaison between tenants and the organization to address operational concerns.
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive operational reports and present them to senior management.
