Reporting: Head – Security
Qualification: Graduate/Any Graduate. Diploma in Safety and Security from an institute of repute.
Location: Aerocity, New Delhi
Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with security regulations and protocols, conduct periodic risk assessments, and implement measures to mitigate security risks.
• Emergency Preparedness and Incident Response: Develop and implement security plans, monitor access control measures, and respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents.
• Surveillance and Asset Protection: Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of surveillance systems (CCTV) and other security infrastructure; regularly review footage and reports to identify potential threats or breaches.
• Vendor and Personnel Management: Supervise security personnel, ensure proper training and adherence to standard operating procedures, and liaise with third-party security agencies for quality services.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed security logs and reports, conduct regular audits, and provide insights to senior management for continuous improvement of security measures.
