Qualification: Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
Location: Aerocity, New Delhi
Experience: 10-16 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Oversight: Manage the operation and maintenance of MEP systems, ensuring they function efficiently and reliably.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and prolong the life of equipment and systems.
  • Troubleshooting and Repairs: Identify and resolve technical issues related to building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Energy Management: Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and guide maintenance teams to address technical challenges and achieve operational excellence.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed maintenance logs, prepare reports on system performance, and recommend improvements to senior management.
