  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers for consistent service delivery.
  • Tenant Support: Address tenant complaints and ensure resolution within defined timelines.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory compliance.
  • Documentation: Maintain records of operational activities and prepare reports for review.
