Dear Patron,
We have commenced a new year, and I am excited for what awaits us. 2025 is anticipated to be a year of significant significance, not only for Bharti Real Estate but also for the nation as a whole. I am proud to announce that we are on the cusp of redefining the future of commercial real estate as we elevate Worldmark to an even more prestigious position, thereby achieving our goal of establishing India's most exceptional Global Business District in the centre of the national capital.
We have been working assiduously for the past year to realise this ambitious vision. We are redefining the boundaries by implementing state-of-the-art sustainable practices and emphasising operational efficiency and productivity in Worldmark 2.0, which will introduce a new era of exceptional retail destinations and modern offices. As we prepare for the initial Occupancy Certificate (OC) of Worldmark 2.0 offices, 2025 represents a significant milestone. By that time, we would have completed a full batch of new-age offices along with the peripheral and high-street retail together constituting approx. 3 million sq ft of GLA.
We are currently in advanced discussions with several of the most prestigious corporations, retail brands, and well-known food and beverage establishments, and we anticipate that they will commence the fit-out process in the coming months. Worldmark has already established itself as the preferred option for reputable enterprises in search of world-class offices and as the sole location for the most prestigious retail brands to secure their marquee address. However, our focus is not limited to the creation of exceptional spaces; we are also committed to ensuring that these spaces are sustainable, environmentally favourable, and future-proof. Our dedication to environmental responsibility is evident in every action we take, from the implementation of sustainable procurement policies to the attainment of IGBC Pre-certified Platinum certification.

THE INSPIRATION
Historical Delhi's architecture tells a story of everlasting majesty. THE IMPLEMENTATION
Worldmark at Aerocity commemorates Delhi's heritage while becoming the Global Business District, a beacon of progress where the past inspires the future. The Bansi Paharpur stone used at Worldmark is a timeless choice for historical and modern buildings due to its durability, elegance, and thermal insulation.

FROM PREVIEW TO THE PRESENT
The construction of Worldmark 2.0 continued to progress with unwavering momentum throughout 2024, with the final touches being given to the new office buildings. Worldmark2.0 remains steadfast to obtain its first batch of Occupancy Certificate by the third quarter of 2025.

As we approach a key milestone in the development of Worldmark 2.0 this year, we’re introducing an enhanced digital experience for the project. Explore our upcoming workspaces, high street retail and F&B destination, and The Mall at Worldmark—India’s largest entertainment-based mall.

GRESB RATING
During this year, we were thrilled to receive our first-ever GRESB score of 93/100, establishing us as an influential contributor in the commercial real estate space. GRESB is the global benchmark for ESG performance in real assets, providing investors with key insights on sustainability, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

We conduct fortnightly training sessions to ensure our employees and contractors are equipped with key construction knowledge, ranging from waterproofing and concrete durability to fire safety and good construction practices.
We celebrated a memorable Sports Day at Satya Bharti School, Gomla, where employees and students united in a day of energetic events, making lasting memories through teamwork and enthusiasm.

Cocktails and Conversations at HQ27 was a unique event that featured select curators of F&B formats. It was an excellent opportunity to network, participate in insightful discussions, and establish valuable connections.
WORLDMARK 3.0
PLANNING UNDERWAY
The third phase of Worldmark at Aerocity, which is referred to as Worldmark 3.0, is currently in the process of being planned and will encompass nearly 10 million square feet. This is the third phase of the Worldmark expansion, which includes the addition of expansive offices and retail to the Global Business District.
