Dear Patron,

I am convinced that India will continue to become stronger, brighter, and happier, and that its impact on the rest of the globe will continue to be enormous. I am filled with renewed enthusiasm as a result of its recent successful hosting of the G20 summit and bringing the globe together for the greater good. I'm hoping you'll share my optimism and newfound resolve to see this through.

I'm delighted to share that Bharti Real Estate has been working relentlessly to contribute to the success of India. With the extension of Worldmark, we are accelerating the creation of a Global Business District at Aerocity at the centre of the nation's capital. Around 6.3 million square feet of gross leasable space, including over 3.5 million square feet of Worldmark offices and over 2.8 million square feet of destination retail, will stand as a testimony to the Global Business District with businesses and brands of global repute finding their place here. The undoubted support by one of the world’s busiest airports with four terminals, the multimodal transportation and the high grade security makes it the only commercial district in India with a dynamic mix of visitor characteristics in a very safe and secure environment.

Given the dynamic nature of the business world, there are multiple dimensions to ponder upon, for modern day businesses. Choosing the site for your business is not a simple decision anymore. Worldmark, a brand synonymous with new-age workspaces in the national capital is expanding by adding a massive 6.3 mn sq ft (GLA) in its 2nd phase of development at Aerocity, New Delhi including over 3.5 mn sq ft. of office spaces and over 2.8 mn sq. ft. of an entertainment-based mega destination retail. This development is set to redefine the concept of business districts in the country.

It is slated to emerge as the finest Global Business District in the country preferred by multinational corporations. Trivia: Do you know how much steel was used in the new Parliament building? It is approximately the same as what would be used in our destination retail.


THE HEADQUARTERS (HQ27) (PROJECT UNDER DEVELOPMENT MANDATE OF BHARTI LAND LIMITED)

HQ27, a ~600,000 sqft of mixed-used development, recently attained its Occupational Certificate (OC). The development was the result of a strategic partnership between Bharti Real Estate and Aesthetic Township Developers Private Limited, operating within the framework of the REAM (Real Estate Asset Management) Model.

With Zone V seismic considerations, an all-glass double-glazed facade, high speed elevators, multi-tier security, LEED Gold certification and an expansive 4-basement parking, the development is poised to be the most stunning and safe commercial address for businesses.
